A little bit of Asia in Sydney

2 Comments 12 July 2011

July 2011. Sydney, Australia

I love Paddy’s Market. It’s the biggest fruit and vegetable market in the center of Sydney, and every time I go there I feel a little bit like in my beloved Asia. Most of the vendors are Chinese residents of the city and those guys know how to run a profitable business. They serve customers really fast, throw in a free rosemary or basil so you come back to them, and are great at convincing you you need more veggies than you thought. I’ve been to this place tens of times but never with my camera. This is my very fist attempt to photograph Paddy’s Market, but I think I will be back for more.
